Privacy
This notice describes what milaroyale.com does with personal information. It is short because the site does very little.
What is collected
One thing only: if you use the enquiry form, the name you give and the contact detail you give. Nothing else is asked for, and there is no other way to submit information through this site.
As with any website, the hosting server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses. These are generated by the server itself, are used only for security and diagnosing faults, and are not linked to enquiries.
Why it is collected
So that a reply can be sent. That is the only purpose. Nothing submitted here is used for marketing, added to a mailing list, profiled, or sold, and there is no mailing list to be added to.
Where it goes
An enquiry is delivered by email to Mila Royale and is read only by her. It is not shared with any third party, and it is not passed to any other business or brand.
Two service providers necessarily handle the data in transit: the website host, which runs the server, and the email provider, which delivers the message. Neither uses the content for its own purposes.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the correspondence is live, and deleted once it has concluded and there is no reason to retain them. If you ask for your enquiry to be deleted sooner, it will be.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds nothing from third-party services. Fonts are served from this site rather than from an external provider, so opening this page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
WordPress may set a strictly necessary cookie if someone signs in to administer the site. Visitors are not signed in and are not given one.
Your rights
You may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests are answered without charge.
- A copy of what is held
- Correction of anything inaccurate
- Deletion of everything held about you
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, which for this site simply means asking that your enquiry be deleted
Contact
Write to the address given in correspondence, or use the enquiry form. Every request is answered.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union and are not satisfied with how a request has been handled, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
